The Management of HURTADO & RIVAS, a company specialized in the Design and Integration of Automation and Robotization Systems, as well as in the Sale and Repair of Industrial Machinery, aware of the commitment it makes with its clients and motivated by the continuous improvement of its management, has made the decision to voluntarily adhere to compliance with the regulationsUNE-EN-ISO 9001 \u201cQuality Management Systems. Requirements<\/strong>\u201d and UNE-EN-ISO 9004 \u201cManagement for the sustained success of an organization. Quality management approach\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

To this end, it has set the following guidelines and assumes the commitment to comply with them:<\/p>\n

  • Develop, maintain and evaluate a Quality Management System aimed at continuous improvement of its effectiveness and the satisfaction of our customers and other interested parties, complying at all times with the established requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Establish the necessary communication channels so that the Quality Policy and Objectives are known and understood at all levels of the organization and that the objectives are available to the affected departments.<\/li>\n
  • Carry out annual reviews by management of the entire Management System with the aim of achieving its continuous adaptation.<\/li>\n
  • Provide the necessary training to its employees in order to ensure the training of all staff to carry out the activities that have been assigned to them and expand their knowledge, achieving an improvement in their work and the necessary quality knowledge.<\/li>\n
  • Make efficient use of resources.<\/li>\n
  • Consider the environmental aspects of the design with the intention of minimizing the environmental impacts that could derive from the provision of our services.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate to employees the importance of their activities to achieve the proposed objectives and make them feel identified with the need to maintain and improve the existing Management System.<\/li>\n
  • Create a work environment that allows personal development and learning.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain an active attitude towards innovation and development of the new technologies used that can contribute higher levels of quality of the products and services provided.<\/li>\n
  • Assume the commitment to comply with the applicable quality legislation and regulations and with other requirements that HURTADO & RIVAS subscribes to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
